My annual coaching packages start at $18,000. This includes an in-depth Hogan personality assessment and two coaching sessions per month, conducted via Zoom. Additional assessments, such as 360-degree feedback, can be added for an additional investment. Payment options are available monthly, quarterly, or as a single full payment. My coaching is typically sponsored by an employer.
